In person, face-to-face meetings are the best! Human connection is so healing and the struggle is so real! Don’t be alarmed if we take our session outside and sit in nature, or if we curl up on the couch with a cup of tea. We may even take a walk, put our feet in the dirt, or pull a card or two for clarity! There is no pretense of clinical work here, but spiritual work is deep and does look different for each person. It’s important to be open-minded for what comes up. Be prepared to laugh, ugly cry, make discoveries, experience amazing growth, and do some soul homework. Let’s get to it! I got you!
